John reached out to us looking to enclose his upstairs porch. He had an existing covered porch and wanted options to convert it to a seasonal room. His neighborhood has rather close homes, so John and his wife didn’t have a lot of privacy. John wanted something where his wife could be able to sit and read outside with privacy.

Josh went out to the appointment and after looking at the porch and collecting data from John and his wife, Josh recommended doing the WeatherMaster Model 200 Wall System. This enabled the homeowners to have a 3-season room that would be used year-round. A solution for privacy concerns ended up being a dark gray vinyl-film tint. In order to be code compliant, we installed a 36” tempered glass knee-wall below the operatable windows. This tempered-glass fixed-lite knee-wall was also tinted gray. We wrapped the post with the snap-n-wrap from the top to bottom for a clean finished look. The ceiling was done with MDF panels.

Once the room was completed, John asked us to do the flooring to complete the entire look of the project from top to bottom. John and his wife were both so extremely happy and loved the finished product when it was completed.
