Annie reached out to us looking for a solution to her existing screen porch that would enable her to use it more often. She had been seeing her neighbors getting porch enclosures and wanted to know who was doing them. Well, our company came highly recommended by the neighbors and once seeing our vinyl-filmed 4-track porch window system she decided to give us a call.
Jerry went out to the home to see what we could do for her. Annie’s requirements were to keep pollen and rain out of her porch. The final solution ended up being a Sunspace WeatherMaster 200 wall system which includes the vinyl filmed 4-track windows. Two walls had an integrated swing door with four-track window in it. Due to the configuration of her porch we had to close two very small sections with a solid maintenance-free board.
The project came out just as Annie expected, as she already saw this system installed in a few of her neighbor’s porches. Annie is now able to enjoy her porch.
