If we are not able to reach you right away, we follow up again later the same day or the next business day. We continue follow-ups for a short period, then space them out.

2. Project Discovery & Scheduling

Once we connect, we ask a few key questions about your project.

This allows our project consultant to come prepared with the right ideas, materials, and samples for your evaluation appointment.

3. In-Home Evaluation & Estimate

For most porch enclosures and conversions, we can provide pricing during the initial visit.

For more complex projects like additions, we gather detailed information during the first visit and schedule a second meeting to review design, scope, and pricing.

4. Review & Decision

After you receive your estimate, we stay available to answer questions and help you make the right decision for your home.

Our goal is not pressure, it is clarity so you can move forward with confidence.

5. Agreement & Pre-Construction

Once you decide to move forward:

  • We send a detailed agreement outlining the scope of work.
  • We assist with HOA documentation if required.
  • We handle zoning and building permits as needed.
  • For additions, we coordinate with architects and engineers for required drawings.

6. Materials & Scheduling

After approvals are in place, we order materials.

  • For enclosures, installation begins after materials arrive.
  • In some cases, we may complete demo work in advance if needed.
  • Roofing projects typically move faster since they usually do not require HOA or extended approvals.
  • Additions begin shortly after permits are approved, starting with footings and framing.

7. Construction

Throughout the project, we keep you informed on progress, timelines, and next steps so there are no surprises.

8. Final Walkthrough

Once the project is complete, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations and is completed properly.
