Every porch enclosure, sunroom, addition, and roofing project we build in Charlotte and across North Carolina and South Carolina includes our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.
For homeowners who want extended peace of mind, we also offer an optional Limited Lifetime Craftsman’s Warranty upgrade.
Because when we build it, we stand behind it.
1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Included With Every Project
Your project automatically includes coverage for workmanship-related defects for 12 months after completion.
If something wasn’t installed correctly, we fix it.
That includes:
- Installation-related defects
- Roofing leaks caused by improper installation
- Water intrusion directly caused by workmanship error
- Structural fastening or attachment issues related to our scope
No runaround. No disappearing. If it’s on us, we take care of it.
Limited Lifetime Craftsman’s Warranty
Optional Upgrade
For homeowners planning to stay long-term, we offer an extended workmanship warranty upgrade.
This covers installation-related defects for as long as you own and reside in your home.
If a verified issue arises due solely to our workmanship, we repair it at no labor cost.
Lifetime refers to the original homeowner’s period of ownership and occupancy. The warranty is non-transferable.
This upgrade is available at the time of contract signing.
What Our Warranties Cover
Both warranty options cover workmanship only. That means:
- Errors in installation
- Improper fastening or attachment
- Roofing installed incorrectly
- Water intrusion caused directly by installation mistakes
We take responsibility for our work.
What Is Not Covered
To keep things clear and fair, the following are not covered:
- Manufacturer material defects (covered by product warranties)
- Storm damage, hail, wind, falling trees, or acts of nature
- Normal wear and maintenance
- Caulking deterioration over time
- Foundation settling or structural movement
- Pre-existing structural issues
- Work modified or repaired by others
If a manufacturer issue arises, we help guide you through the claim process.
