When a storm unexpectedly damages your home, it is important that you have a team by your side that can navigate not only the repairs, but who can work with your insurance company to ensure maximum benefit, and that all repairs/replacements are done to code.
At Valverax, our experience, reputation, installation, and materials allow our customers peace of mind that while navigating the unexpected, they will have a partner along the way.
Reputation / Experience
We are a local company, and are here to stay—with focus on the North and South Carolina communities in the Greater Charlotte area. Many times, when a storm hits an area might be flooded with storm-chasers—who come into the area to make a quick buck—and if there are any install or warranty issues, they are nowhere to be found. It’s important to select a local company that will be with you every step of the way.
We also have extensive experience working with insurance adjusters. We help the adjusters identify the damaged areas, and provide information as needed on the process and materials needed to bring everything up to code. It is important to us that we partner with insurance companies, not argue with them, to ensure the best results and maximum benefits for our customers.
Prior to relocating to Charlotte and starting Valverax, our team helped hundreds of customers throughout Western New York state with their exterior solutions.
Installation & Service
Collectively, our crews have installed hundreds of roofs. Additionally, each job has a Project Manager, who oversees every aspect of your project, and ensures proper installation and code compliance.
While we work hard to ensure each project runs smoothly, it goes without saying that construction projects are never free of issues. Our process minimizes any surprises or issues, and any finishing touches that might have to be done on a project are done in a timely manner. It is important to us to be responsive, and to exceed all expectations.
Materials
We partner with the top manufacturers in the country to ensure that our customers receive the best available on the market.
For roofing, we partner with GAF to offer top of the line shingles (Timberline HD is the most widely installed). We typically only use non-GAF materials when mandated by the insurance company to match your current roof.
More homes and businesses in the US are protected by a GAF roof than by any other product. GAF is the leading roofing manufacturer in North America, with plants strategically located across the US. As a Standard Industries company, GAF is part of the largest roofing and waterproofing business in the world!
If you have experience damage to the exterior of your home due to storms, or other natural causes (think falling trees!) we can help you navigate the insurance process, and restore your home to code. Contact us anytime for a free evaluation and estimate—we are available for emergency service 24/7.
