Model 200 WeatherMaster (3 Season Room)

The most popular model! It includes WeatherMaster Vertical 4-Track Vinyl Windows .

Pros

  • Offer the open feeling of a screen room with the protection of an enclosed porch
  • Keeps out bugs and pests
  • Vinyl windows are durable, and come in a variety of tints
  • Windows offer up to 75% ventilation
  • Windows can be strategically opened and closed to protect against rain and wind, while allowing warm air in

Cons

  • Not a temperature controlled environment—can not be enjoyed in the cold weather

 

 

Model 300 Single Glazed Glass (3 Season Room)

This model includes insulated aluminum pillars with single glazed glass, and roller windows.

Pros

  • All the benefits of the 200 model
  • Windows with ventilation out of both sides, and no fixed side as both sashes operate.
  • A variety of roof system options—including cathedral ceiling, or even a contemporary studio pitch roof
  • The option for a new build, or for build over an existing deck, porch, or carport
  • Glass windows and limited insulation allows for use for most of the year.

Cons

  • Not connected to your home’s heating and cooling unit—limited temperature control

 

 

 

Model 400 (Insulated Sunroom)

This model has high density foam insulated walls—essentially creating an extended year-round living space.

Pros

  • Strong support against winds, and even snow!
  • Commercial grade thermal breaks—reducing condensation and heat loss
  • High efficiency glass also protects from the elements
  • Options include color, style, exterior, and even flooring—including carpeting, tile, laminates, or hardwood!

Cons

  • While still maintaining the beautiful view of the outdoors, this area is more protected, allowing for less access to ventilation
