Ashleigh is the Office Manager at Valverax and the organizational backbone that keeps our projects, people, and processes running smoothly.

With more than a decade of experience across construction management, operations, HR, and customer service, including leadership roles at major porch and sunroom companies, she brings a rare combination of administrative strength and field-level understanding.

Before joining Valverax, Ashleigh served as a General Manager overseeing subcontractors, permitting, inspections, financial reporting, payroll, and operational systems. Her background in project management, HR, and accounting gives her a deep grasp of every phase of a job, from the first customer call to final inspection.
