Sales
Onboarding

Goal: Know what the company is all about and make sure that everything is set up from company’s and personal sides. Review Onboarding Page.

Expectations
  • Clear communication with everyone (customer, team, leadership)
    • Daily Reports (via email) – what was done, what is planned for next day, roadblocks faced and overcome, roadblocks needing help to overcome
  • Prepared for every appointment prior to appointment
  • CRM updated with latest information, documentation, pictures, drawings, notes, etc. within 24 hours of appointment
  • Either a task with reminder or calendar appointment is set for every active prospect in CRM. We are either just followed up and therefore scheduled the next follow up or have an upcoming appointment with prospect. There should be no prospects with no actions scheduled.
  • If job is sold, all paperwork is to be signed and uploaded to CRM
Self Generated Leads

Utilize any and all of the following and other methods to generate leads.

  • D2D
  • Nextdoor posts and commenting
  • FB local groups: posts and commenting
  • Network with Builders, Contractors, Real Estate Agents, Accountants
  • New Neighborhoods model home network in with Manager and Sales Reps
  • Look for local community fairs, ask to sign up for good ones

Tasks

  • Install Nextdoor then find and recommend Valverax LLC
  • Daily scan Nextdoor for posts about decks, sunrooms, screenrooms, enclosures, gutters, gutter guards/screens and comment with a recommendation of Valverax LLC
  • Facebook
    • Find and Like Valverax LLC page
    • Share last post from the page
    • Search for local neighbourhood groups and introduce yourself to the group with reference to @valverax page
  • Instagram
    • Find and follow Valverax LLC account
    • Add to your story last post
  • LinkedIn
    • Find and follow Valverax LLC pages
    • Share last post from page
    • Find local groups and add value to the group with reference to @valverax
  • Identify 7 new neighborhoods that have homes with porches
    • If there’s a model home, talk to the manager on duty about Sunspace system and leave flyers there
    • Go door too door and if someone is home give them a little info about the products and schedule an appointment for when both decision makers are home. If no one is home, leave a door hanger
  • Identify builders or General Contractors that build 20+ homes per year – talk to them about the products
